Your key duties will include: • Providing concierge services, troubleshooting issues, and making guests feel special. • Hiring and managing the cleaning staff to ensure immaculate accommodations. • Conducting quality control checks to meet and exceed guest expectations. • Being on-call in the evenings to promptly address guest concerns. • Overseeing repairs and coordinating with contractors to maintain the property year-round. • Assisting the cleaning team and accommodating special guest requests as needed. Qualifications: • Excellent time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills. • Proven track record of delivering quality service. • Master of team building, hiring, and leadership. • Reliable transportation. • Must relocate Pine or Strawberry. • 5+ years of experience in hospitality or retail, with at least 3 years in a management role. • Must have a heart for Hospitality.
