    Important Notification:

    This role requires weekend availability, offering a shift differential and the potential for overtime pay on top of the hourly rate.

    The working hours for this position are from 5:00 am to 5:30 pm on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

    Job Title

    We are seeking a Production Worker 3 who will perform routine production tasks and operate specific production machinery under direct supervision. The primary objective is to maintain a safe work environment with a goal of zero accidents.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Execute routine production tasks such as operating subassembly equipment, coating equipment, ovens, and material handling equipment (e.g., hoists, cranes, tow motors, pallet trucks)
    • Perform troubleshooting while operating equipment and document limited preventative maintenance
    • Monitor, measure, and record quality assurance data, including dimensions, weight, and other specific information
    • Adhere to safe work practices, maintain cleanliness in the workspace, and utilize appropriate personal protective equipment
    • Track orders, move materials, and facilitate efficient production flow using suitable equipment
    • Comprehend and accurately follow detailed operational instructions and prints for job and setup operations
    • Adhere to specific quality criteria to meet quality system requirements

    - Other duties as assigned

    Regular attendance and punctuality are mandatory. There may be a need for night and weekend shifts, flexible schedules, and additional hours as required.

    Job Requirements

    Education : Preferred Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

    Certifications : Vocational training, apprenticeships, or equivalent experience in a related field

    Experience : 0-2 years of relevant experience

    Skills :

    • Proficiency in the use of hand tools, including calipers, depth gauges, micrometers, and other measuring equipment, as well as machinery

    • Ability to comprehend various instructions

    • Capable of problem-solving using established procedures for straightforward tasks

    • Strong oral and written communication skills

    • Keen attention to detail

    • Competent computer skills
