Responsibilities: • To represent Interstate Parking and the City of Duluth by being punctual, courteous, polite, and helpful to visitors to your location or area of responsibility. • Expedite traffic in and out of the parking locations as well as at the payment machines. Provide assistance and direction in using the payment machines during as needed. • At various intervals, follow procedures to patrol and enforce the paid parking using hand held devices. • Use the radio system in a responsible manner to help coordinate customer service to needed locations. • Conduct regular spot checks and remove litter at your location or area of responsibility. • Responsible for being punctual and ensuring that timecard is punched at the beginning and end of each shift. • Adhering to the Interstate dress code for proper attire and grooming. • Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently. • Other duties as may be assigned. Qualifications: Applicants who are best qualified will possess the following qualifications: • High School diploma or equivalent • Excellent interpersonal communication skills • Strong problem solving skills • Ability to work both independently and in collaboration with a team • Ability to perform duties primarily outdoors, including some inclement weather Compensation: $17 hourly
