We are seeking a friendly and reliable Parking Attendant to manage the parking areas of our Hotel and Café for our guests and customers. The Parking Attendant will ensure a seamless experience for customers by guiding them to available parking spaces, assist with cars existing our parking lot, monitor parking areas and maintaining the safety and organization of the parking lot.

Responsibilities:

Guest Greeting & Assistance: Greet guests as they arrive at the Hotel and Café, providing a welcoming atmosphere, directing them to available parking spaces and issue them a parking pass.

Enforce Parking Regulations: Ensure vehicles using the parking lots are guests and customers of the Hotel and Café.

Monitor Parking Areas: Regularly patrol and monitor parking lots to ensure there are no unauthorized vehicles.

Providing Assistance: Offer assistance to customers with questions about parking or provide general information about the Hotel and Café.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to work outdoors.

Attention to detail and good observation skills.

Physical stamina for walking and standing for extended periods.

Good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.

Working Conditions:

Outdoor work in various weather conditions.

May require night, weekend, or holiday shifts.

Uniform or dress code may be required (e.g., branded attire or attire that reflects the Hotel and Cafe's image)
