Work Environment: We pride ourselves at being unapologetically clinician-first in how we operate the practice. For us, this means five things:

Autonomy: See the clients you want to see, not mandated by leaders

Flexibility: Work when you want, in person or virtual

Professional development: Be supported by an ownership team that wants to invest in you

Benefits: Opt into benefits at a fraction of the cost (e.g., we cover ~90% of health insurance costs) – see below for details

Office Culture: Feel supported by colleagues and ownership who care while working in a modern, inviting office setting

    Benefits Include:

    Compensation: $40-$60/billable hour

Medical, dental, vision, life and 401k + matching

Signing bonus for clinicians with an existing caseload

    Ongoing consultation, support, and supervision

    Flexibility in setting your schedule/hours

    Paid vacation/holidays days

    Free CEU learning

Experience building a private practice with the opportunity to support marketing, running group sessions, and/or presentations, if interested

    Advancement opportunities as business scales

    Prior Experience and Qualifications:

Minimum of 1-2 years prior clinical experience

Active license and in good standing with the Utah Department of Commerce Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing (DOPL) or the ability to gain reciprocity within 90 days of hire. Associate or Independent licensure: AMFT, MFT, CSW, LCSW, ACMHC, CMHC

Prefer candidates have formal training in one or more of the following: Trauma modalities training/certification, IFS, DBT, ERP, ADHD, Autism, play therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, psychosis, addiction

Have a general knowledge of insurance billing, clinical documentation, and available community resources.

    Responsibilities Include:

Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy

For Full-Time status, clinicians must maintain a minimum of 25 client hours per week (part-time require a minimum of 12-15 weekly client hours)

Provide excellent customer service for clients

Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve their goals

Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session

Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed

Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings

    About Ellie

We are structured to remove many of the daily obstacles for a provider. By offering centralized support for inquiries, scheduling, client/therapist matching, insurance contracting, billing, and collections, our providers get to focus on what they love most – supplying world-class mental health services. We believe providing a fantastic experience for our providers is a critical link to better care and better outcomes in mental health.

Ellie was proudly founded on the principle of destigmatizing mental health. The mental health industry is full of barriers, and we’ve made it our goal to fill the gap and find innovative ways to break down these barriers for the communities we serve.
