    As a Part-Time Accounting Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our growth and coordinating client deliverables. This position offers professional development opportunities through exposure to accounting, financial planning, analysis, and CFO-level projects. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Perform/review bookkeeping tasks, including ledger updates, trial balance, and financial statements. • Reconcile accounts and prepare supporting documentation (e.g., depreciation schedules). • Conduct financial statement reviews and manage monthly financial reporting for clients. • Prepare/review payroll tax, sales tax, annual reports, and 1099 forms. • Conduct semi-annual W-9 audits for clients. • Oversee assigned client projects and monitor workflow and deadlines. • Address routine client questions and gather required project information. • Update onboarding and process manuals for clients. • Complete research and special projects as needed. • Provide timely, high-quality client service that exceeds expectations. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related experience. • 4–6 years of experience in general accounting, including general ledger, month-end close, account reconciliation, and financial statement preparation. • Ability to manage multiple engagements and priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. • Strong interpersonal skills to work closely with clients. Compensation: $24 - $28 hourly
