We have hundreds of patients who receive testosterone replacement therapy and other men's services throughout our many locations.
Administrative Assistants are crucial members of the Gameday team, as they are the first line of communication between patients and providers. They must have excellent communication and people skills, and are able to multitask and stay organized. Making appointments and setting up payments for clients are essential. There is also responsibility in the job for keeping, updating and maintaining records by getting the appropriate information from both clients and providers.
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for:
Scheduling and confirming appointments for testosterone replacement evaluations, erectile dysfunction consults, follow up lab work, and other services via phone or text
Fielding questions, orders, and membership updates from patients via phone or text
Maintain accurate and organized records, including files, databases, and spreadsheets
Reaching out via text and phone to current and past patients and offering new and exciting specials
Processing payments, communicating refills, sending patient forms, and communicating patient needs to clinical staff
Maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the front office as well as all client common areas
Serving as the liaison between front desk and clinical staff
Maintaining professionalism and treating patients with respect while creating a welcoming environment
Assisting with Marketing communications, campaigns, and initiatives
Qualifications & Essential Skills:
High School Diploma or higher
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Organization: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain a high level of accuracy
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and clients - a "people person"
Advances Computer Proficiency: Strong skills in working across multiple computer systems simultaneously (payment management system, electronic medical records, Google Sheets, Google Drive, CRM Platform)
Attention to Detail: Ability to pay close attention to detail and maintain accuracy in all tasks.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Adaptability: Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities.
