  • Responsibilities

    Seeking a reliable and organized Real Estate Administrative Assistant with a positive attitude to support a local real estate professional. This is not a sales position. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, take ownership of their tasks, have a strong attention to detail, and enjoy working from a task list. This role will involve providing administrative support including marketing execution, digital file organization, coordinating appointments and meetings, and errand running. Anticipated Hours Needed: 12-20 hours per week. Responsibilities: • Digital Documentation Management: Monitor Agent emails to include uploading documents to Google Drive and archive or star, as needed. • Appointment Coordination: Schedule property showings, inspections, and appointments. This would include coordinating access to the property either through distributing lockbox codes, scheduling appointments with occupants, and/or meeting vendors, as needed. • Errand Running: Run miscellaneous errands including delivering lockboxes, sign riders, flyers, etc to properties, as needed, as well as delivering client appreciation gifts and occasionally meeting vendors at properties. • Marketing Support: Assist with marketing efforts, including creating marketing materials using Canva, updating online real estate listings, coordinating social media posts, and planning/executing client appreciation events and giveaways. • Client Relations Support: Use templates provided to create and send a monthly email newsletter. Assist in coordinating semi-annual client appreciation events and periodic client appreciation gifts. • Database Management: Maintain client relationship manager (CRM) up to date and track checklists for transactions. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred. • Proficiency in Google (Drive, Docs, Gmail, Sheets). • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Compensation: $20 - $30 hourly
