Our company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support executive management and office staff. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining moderate schedules and providing administrative support is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a team player, and well organized.
Responsibilities and Duties
Provide administrative support and clerical tasks for executive management and staff, ensuring deadlines and daily office needs are met and work is completed with accuracy. Generate memos, spreadsheets, emails and reports as appropriate. Serve as the liaison between executive management, vendors/clients and customers. Respond to questions and requests for information. Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties as required.
Work Experience Required
Five years' experience as an administrative assistant.
Qualifications and Skills
College certificate/degree preferred
Excellent computer skills; must be proficient in Microsoft Office software, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
Ability to communicate effectively, follow verbal and written instructions and multitask, organize and prioritize daily work load
Must possess excellent written, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Ability to lift, carry, push office products
Must possess a valid driver's license
Must be able to pass a background check
