Luminist Homes is looking for a driven, detail-oriented, and high-energy Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our growing construction and design team. This role will start remotely but will eventually transition into an in-office position. We need someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves learning, and wants to grow with us—this role is expected to transition into a full-time position. Responsibilities: What You’ll Be Doing: • Helping Keep Projects Moving – Scheduling, emails, and team coordination. • Managing & Updating Our CRM (JobTread) – Staying on top of project details. • Organizing Everything – Permits, project files, invoices—whatever keeps things running smoothly. • Supporting the Team – Jumping in where needed to make sure no detail is missed. • Interacting with Clients & Vendors – Communication is key, and you’ll be a big part of it. • Bringing Your Energy & Ideas – We love fresh perspectives and proactive problem-solvers! • Helping with Social Media & Marketing (If Experienced) – Creating content, posting updates, and sharing our amazing work. • Assisting with Proposals & Change Orders – Helping put together detailed proposals and handling change order requests.
