We are looking for passionate, creative, and dedicated individuals to join our team as an After School Teachers.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, patient, and responsible After School Teacher to work with children in our afterschool program. The ideal candidate will be someone who is passionate about education, enjoys working with children, and can create an enriching environment that fosters both academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and engage with children during afterschool hours

• Plan and implement fun and educational activities that promote creativity, teamwork, and physical activity

• Assist with homework as needed

• Maintain a safe and positive environment for all children

• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s progress and behavior

• Adhere to all safety, behavioral, and organizational policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (coursework in education or related field a plus!)

• Experience working with children in a classroom, preschool, or afterschool setting (1+ years preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage groups of children and handle multiple tasks at once

• Creative, energetic, and passionate about helping children succeed

• Background check clearance (required)

• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
