About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented Assembler to join our production team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for assembling kiosks, ensuring all parts are accounted for, and preparing orders for shipping. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities • As a part-time Assembler, you will work as part of a production team to assemble kiosks according to customer orders while ensuring accuracy and quality. • This includes developing a thorough understanding of our product line, including electronic components, peripherals, and fabricated parts, and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and parts lists to complete assembly tasks. • You will identify and organize fabricated, purchased, and consigned parts, stage and assemble kiosk hardware efficiently, and properly route wiring assemblies to prevent crimping or loose connections. • Securing hardware components using screws, bolts, and other fasteners will be essential, as well as conducting quality checks and testing to validate full functionality before shipping. • Additionally, you will maintain accurate production and quality documentation in the company ERP system, monitor inventory levels of consumable goods, and communicate needs to management. • Responsibilities also include organizing materials and small parts, preparing and packaging tool kits for on-site assembly and maintenance, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and ensuring that assembled parts are properly packaged and prepared for shipment. Qualifications: What We’re Looking For Education & Experience • High school diploma or GED equivalent required. • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field. Skills & Qualifications • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. • Basic knowledge of electronic components and assembly. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Familiarity with small hand tools, jigs, and assembly techniques. • Ability to lift and move materials as required. • Basic computer skills, including experience with database software, internet applications, and Microsoft Office Suite.
