Compensation: Compensation is based on a full-time equivalent range of $120,000 ($57.69/hour) to $180,000 ($92.31/hour) +, with performance incentives tied to billable hours and client acquisition, including profit sharing. Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional legal representation in family law cases, including pre-decree and post-decree domestic relations matters. • Conduct thorough discovery, prepare and review complex court documents, and represent clients in various legal proceedings. • Strategically delegate tasks to a skilled paralegal and utilize third-party experts when necessary. • Develop and implement plans to achieve client objectives while maintaining clear communication. Qualifications: • Minimum of two years of family law experience in Colorado, including handling complex cases with business interests or financial intricacies. • Proven ability to manage a caseload of 20+ active domestic relations cases. • Commitment to professional development and maintaining healthy work-life boundaries. • Advocacy for workplace diversity and inclusivity. • Exceptional professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
