Shift: Monday, Wednesday, Friday - Cleaning is scheduled between the hours of 6:00 PM and 12:00 AM. All cleaning must be completed by 12:30 AM. There are no weekend shifts. Some buildings may only take 30 to 45 minutes to clean, while others may take up to 1 hour. You will be expected to use your vehicle to travel to multiple locations.

Pre-employment requirements: A criminal background check, proof of auto insurance, and driving record check are mandatory.

Job Duties:

• You must be able to work independently, and no one else is permitted to enter the premises while working.
• Restrooms: Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, floors, etc. Replenish bathroom supplies and polish metalwork.
• Floors: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors using appropriate tools.
• Break rooms/Kitchenettes: Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, tables, chairs, refrigerators, etc. Replenish supplies.
• Dust: Dust furniture, equipment, partitions, etc.
• Trash: Empty wastebaskets and recycling bins and transport waste to the disposal area. Other Duties: Use a vacuum cleaner to clean rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture. Dust off door panels, partitions, sills, etc.

Expectations:

• Arrive at work punctually every day.
• Dependable and detail-oriented.
• Able to lift 25 pounds.

Uniform: Plan a Blue, Black, or Gray T-shirt, Jeans, or Khaki pants. Blue, Black, or Gray.
