    We are looking for an on-premises employee for our Fort Collins office.

    In This Role You'll

    • Manage accounts payable and receivables using QuickBooks Online
    • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
    • Prepare and send invoices to clients, track payments, and follow up on overdue accounts
    • Process payroll and manage employee expense reimbursements
    • Manage receipts and Use Tax
    • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with best practices
    • Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors to support a productive work environment
    • Generate and distribute internal communications
    • Maintain digital filing systems to ensure easy access and organization of documents
    • Assist with onboarding paperwork and administrative tasks for new employees
    • Organize employee lunches and bi-monthly employee appreciate events
    • Support special projects, including assisting the VP of Finance and HR and other members of the Senior Leadership Team

    What We Look For

    • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
    • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
    • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principals
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • High attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to be self-motivated and work independently while managing time effectively
    • Familiarity with HR administrative tasks
