About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part Time CNA to join our team at BrightStar Care Karing Hent, Inc. in Burnsville, MN. As a CNA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients and their families. At Brightstar Care we preform 1:1 cares IN client's homes so there is a bit of travel involved! We do everything from companionship to hands on personal cares, this position would be a great fit if you were looking for more variety in your workday. Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

Monitor and report changes in client's health status

Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation

Follow care plans and communicate effectively with the care team

Act as a member of the Care coordination team to communication with the RN Case Manager to update the plan of care

Requirements:

Active CNA certification in the state of Minnesota

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

Compassionate and patient demeanor

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience providing care to clients in a hands-on environment (Home Health, Assisted Living, Group Home, Hospital Setting)

Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license with Auto Insurance.
