JOB SUMMARY

Assist in every phase of outside cart staff operations. Providing excellent member service for all golf-related activities. All staff at Plantation Bay are required to work both at Founders and Prestwick courses. Included below are all duties required for work at both Founders and Prestwick

Ø Practice core values in accordance with Club member and guest service policies and procedures.

Ø Greets all members /guests upon arrival, addressing as Mr., Mrs., Ms., using last name.

Ø Assist with loading and unloading of golf bags.

Ø Ensure clean carts are staged and properly stocked with accessories.

Ø Wash golf carts after use and ensure proper storage to include charging batteries and logged.

Ø Assist with cart detailing.

Ø Pick and clean range, assure accessories and range balls are in good order and clean.

Ø Maintain practice range standards.

Ø Keep cart barn, parking & staging areas clean and free of liter and debris.

Ø Daily cleaning of all entrance access points to bag drop, golf shop and front door area of clubhouse

Ø Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Ø Assist Professional Staff with all tournament and daily operations.

Ø Attend required staff meetings.

Ø Clean member /guest carts and clubs

Ø Report any cart damage or mechanical problems to Professional Staff immediately.

Ø Ensure proper care of all company assets.

Ø Perform any other duties deemed necessary by supervisor, Professional Staff or GM

Reports to: Outside Service Supervisor, Assistant Professionals, & Director of Golf

Ø High School Diploma or Equivalent

Ø In-Service Training a Plus

Ø Perform bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, and grasping.

Ø Verbal and listening abilities.

Ø Effective visual skills

Ø Problem-solving rationalization
