Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Part-Time Bilingual Case Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish and possess strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a commitment to helping others. This position requires the ability to effectively communicate with clients from diverse backgrounds, assess their needs, and connect them with appropriate resources and services. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in assisting clients through the timeshare exit process, providing guidance, support, and advocacy to achieve successful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand their reasons for wanting to exit their timeshare contracts.
Assess clients' timeshare contracts, financial situations, and legal obligations to develop personalized exit strategies.
Research and analyze relevant laws, regulations, and contractual agreements related to timeshare ownership and termination.
Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the timeshare exit process, managing expectations, and answering questions.
Communicate with timeshare developers, management companies, and legal representatives on behalf of clients to negotiate exit options and settlements.
Assist clients with preparing and submitting necessary documentation for timeshare exit, such as cancellation letters, legal notices, and affidavits.
Monitor the progress of timeshare exit cases, tracking milestones, and following up with clients to ensure deadlines are met.
Collaborate with internal team members to facilitate efficient and effective timeshare exits.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, case details, and outcomes in the company's database or case management system.
Provide periodic updates and reports to clients on the status of their timeshare exit cases, including any developments or challenges encountered.
Keep abreast of industry trends, legal updates, and best practices in timeshare exit services to enhance expertise and service delivery.
Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions and adhere to ethical standards and company policies.
Qualifications:
Must be fluent in English AND Spanish
Previous experience in case management, customer service, or legal assistance (we are not attorneys)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
Knowledge of timeshare industry practices and regulations (preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software
