    Kids R Kids of Seven Lakes has an excellent opportunity for experienced childcare teachers to work with young students in our state accredited school in Katy. You will work directly with infants, toddlers, preschool, or school-age groups in providing a structured learning environment for all of the children in the room. Kids R Kids of Seven Lakes offers competitive wages, on-the-job training, a multitude of different bonus programs for all staff, and more. This position is a part time position for the morning or afternoon depending on when they get filled, but is a 5-Day a week shift and no weekends.

    Qualifications

    The Teacher’s qualifications must meet or exceed state licensing requirements for the position.

    Must pass a federal background check.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $10.00 - $16.00 per hour (depending on experience)

    Plans and consistently implementing the curriculum activities that promote the children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.

    Helps children learn to think creatively, to solve problems independently, and to respect themselves and others.

    Recognizes and considers the background, special needs, interests, learning style, and pace of each child.

    Keeps accurate, current records of each child’s developmental milestones and progress.

    Creates a developmentally appropriate environment consistent with the company’s philosophy and goals including the implementation of the Kids R Kids proprietary early learning curriculum.

    Establishes developmentally appropriate room arrangement, evidence of Family Information Board, curriculum related bulletin boards, and learning environment in the classroom as outlined in the Kids R Kids curriculum.

    Relationships with Families

    Maintains professional conduct when working with parents, staff, and visitors.

    Maintains strict confidentiality regarding children and families.

    Provides timely written/digital communication to parents.

    Requirements:

    At least 1 year experience

    Must be looking for long-term and growth within the company
