We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Client Service Associate to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:

As a Client Service Associate, you will play an important role in our client engagement process by assisting with appointment setting and providing support to our financial planning team. Your primary responsibilities will include managing client communications, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule appointments for clients and financial advisors, ensuring optimal time management. This will be primarily scheduling existing clients for their Annual and Semi-Annual reviews.

- Help support staff maintain and update client records in our database with accuracy and confidentiality.

- Collaborate with the financial planning team to ensure a smooth workflow.

- Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the team.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or experience in a related field is a plus.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferably in financial services, is an advantage.

Schedule:

This is a part-time position with flexible hours, ideally 10-15 hours per week.
