Overview We are seeking a passionate and experienced Coach (part time) to join our Alloy fitness program and inspire our members to achieve their health and wellness goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal training, group fitness, and program design, with a deep understanding of body mechanics and physiology. As part of the coaching team, you will play a pivotal role in creating a positive and motivating environment within our gym, fostering a culture of fitness and community. Personal Training Certification AND Personal Training experience are required.
Responsibilities
Lead small group fitness sessions(4 to 6), ensuring proper technique and safety for all participants.
Provide personal training sessions that focus on achieving clients' specific fitness goals.
Conduct assessments to evaluate clients' physical abilities and progress.
Educate clients on body mechanics, nutrition, and overall wellness strategies.
Promote fitness sales by engaging with potential clients and showcasing the benefits of our programs.
Collaborate with other staff members to enhance the overall member experience at the health club.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in physical education and fitness.
Experience
Required:
Proven experience as a coach or trainer in a gym or health club setting.
Strong knowledge of program design, physiology, and body mechanics.
Background in personal training or group fitness instruction is essential.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
A passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals.
Experience working with people over 40 required
Experience in fitness sales is highly desirable.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
