    Job Summary:

    Sparkle Squad is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Part-Time Commission-Based Sales Representative to drive new commercial business. This is a flexible, work-from-home opportunity ideal for individuals looking to supplement their income with uncapped earning potential. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new commercial window cleaning clients through proactive outreach and relationship building. You will have the freedom to manage your own schedule and work from the comfort of your home.

    Responsibilities:

    Actively identify and pursue new commercial sales opportunities through various methods, including but not limited to:

    Referrals

    Networking

    Cold calling (phone, email, in-person where appropriate)

    Present our window cleaning services effectively, highlighting the benefits and value proposition.

    Understand client needs and provide tailored service solutions.

    Clearly document all sales activities and potential new commercial sales opportunities.

    Provide any necessary supporting documentation for new customer sales (e.g., customer notes, referral information).

    Meet and exceed sales targets for new commercial accounts.

    Promote and secure recurring service agreements (monthly or more frequent).

    Collaborate effectively with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.

    Qualifications:

    Sales experience, preferably in a service-based industry.

    Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

    Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.

    Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

    Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.

    Proficiency in basic computer skills and comfortable using online communication tools (email, video conferencing, etc.).

    Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Vonigo) or the ability to learn quickly is a plus.

    Reliable internet access and a dedicated workspace at home.

    Compensation:

    This is a commission-based position with significant earning potential directly tied to your sales performance.

    Commission Rate: 15% of the revenue generated from new commercial sales.

    Recurring Service Spiff: An additional 5% of the total revenue of the initial qualifying sale for booking commercial customers on a once-a-month or more recurring service frequency.

    Commission Calculation Example:

    If you secure a new commercial client with an initial service invoice of $1,000, your commission is $150 (15% of $1,000).

    If that same client agrees to a monthly recurring service, you earn an additional spiff of $50 (5% of $1,000).

    This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee.
