    About the Role We’re seeking a dynamic Part-Time Customer Service & Inside Sales Professional to be the friendly voice of our company and an integral part of our remote team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on helping others, has a knack for sales, and enjoys solving problems. After training, you’ll work entirely from home, connecting with customers, scheduling services, and ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.

    Key Responsibilities

    Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls with confidence and professionalism.

    Actively listen to customer needs, providing tailored solutions and guidance.

    Utilize inside sales techniques to offer services that meet customer needs and enhance their experience.

    Schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively using company systems.

    Use Microsoft Excel and other computer programs to organize, analyze, and track customer information.

    Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

    Requirements

    At least 2 years of customer service experience is required.

    1 year of inside sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.

    Confident and enthusiastic on phone calls, with a customer-first mindset.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and intermediate computer skills are essential.

    Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional home office setup.
