We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at F.E.S. Fire & Security!
Looking for experienced individuals or those willing to learn a new trade in fire safety sales and service. We’re a growing company with coverage of Southeast Indiana. Come grow with us! Our company provides quality service and sales of fire and security equipment including fire alarms, fire extinguishers, suppression systems, exit and emergency lighting, security systems, camera systems, and more.
The position is for an Office Assistant. This Office Assistant position will have a main role of scheduling and route preparation but will also help with customer service, filing paperwork, emails, answering phone calls, producing paperwork for technicians, and more. QuickBooks and Excel experience is recommended but is not a must. If your motivated, eager, and have a strong work ethic, we would love to talk to you. This position will have the opportunity to grow along with us which could develop into many different opportunities. Pay is based on experience and work ethic.
This position is part time for now but hope for this position to be full time in the future.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provide information about the products and services
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
