    Part Time Customer Service Telephone Specialist (20 Hours M-F) We seek a motivated and customer-oriented Telephone Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will make outbound calls to our database, while providing exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and have a passion for speaking, helping, and connecting with others. Responsibilities: • Make outbound customer service calls to past clients, sphere of influence, just sold and listed. • When requested by the customer, set up listing appointments for our Listing Agents and buyer appointments for our Buyer Specialists. • Provide accurate information regarding products and services. • Utilize data entry skills to maintain and update customer records in our computerized system. • Analyze the customer needs to offer appropriate solutions and overcome obstacles. • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with customers. • Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and improve lead generation, • Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and current market conditions to effectively assist customers. Qualifications: • Posses strong data entry skills with attention to detail. • Excellent verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service. • Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions. • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory. • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well with others. Compensation: $15 an hour with opportunities for bonus.
