Ensemble Schools is seeking an experienced and motivated Dance Program Coordinator to oversee our dance program and teach at least one day per week at our school, Music and Dance Academy, in Tucson, A ** Z**. This role offers the perfect blend of administrative leadership and hands-on teaching , making it an exciting opportunity for a dedicated dance professional.

Position Highlights

• Flexible Schedule: Approximately 15-20 admin hours per month + at least one day of teaching per week.

Responsibilities

• Dance Instruction: Teach engaging and high-quality dance classes for students (ages 5-18).
• Choreography: Create routines for performances and student showcase
• Program Coordination:
  • Oversee scheduling, curriculum planning, and student progress tracking.
  • Assist with program outreach, student enrollment, and event coordination.
  • Act as a liaison between parents, students, and dance faculty to ensure a positive learning experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong dance background with experience teaching various styles.
• Previous experience in arts administration, program coordination, or leadership roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about fostering a love for dance.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass a routine background check.
