Position Overview:
The Part-Time Digital Marketing Coordinator will manage our online presence across social media, our website, and other digital channels. This hybrid role offers flexibility with a mix of remote work and in-office days in Houston, TX.
Key Responsibilities: ● Social Media Management: Post consistently to TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook for Bellaire Family Eye Care, Vision Learning Center, and Xtreme Vision, creating content that highlights services and engages our community.
● Online Reputation: Monitor and respond to Google reviews to maintain a positive online presence.
● Messaging & Voice Coordination: Work with voice artists to develop hold messages and voicemails.
● Website Content: Keep website content up-to-date and reflective of our brand.
● Website Redesign Management: Oversee the redesign of our website, ensuring it aligns with our brand vision and meets user experience standards.
● Backlink Management: Regularly audit backlinks to ensure quality and remove or disavow harmful links as needed.
● Blog & Content Writing: Write and publish blog posts that educate and engage our patient community.
● Photography & Videography: Capture candid photos and videos for social media, including creating engaging reels that showcase the personality of our team and our clinic.
● Quarterly Newsletters: Design and send quarterly newsletters through Mailchimp to keep patients informed of updates, news, and special offers.
● Patient Updates: Keep patients informed about news, events, and offerings.
Qualifications: ● High school diploma or GED.
● 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related role.
● Proficiency with social media platforms, WordPress, and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush).
● Strong written communication skills and a creative eye for photography and videography.
● Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
