Flexible Schedule: The preferred hours for this position are 1 PM to 4 PM, three days a week. However, the specific days are flexible and do not need to remain consistent.

Support Needed: From meal prep and daily living assistance to exciting community outings, you’ll be his trusted companion. Occasional toileting support may be needed during outings.
Your Role
As his Support Professional, you’ll be his guide, cheerleader, and helping hand. You’ll foster growth, connection, and confidence in his life, backed by the ongoing support of a skilled Behavior Specialist. We need someone who will be engaging and interactive while working.

What We’re Looking For
A Compassionate Spirit: Patience, kindness, and a great sense of humor go a long way!
Experience: Familiarity working with positive behavior plans
Adventure-Ready: You love creating engaging, structured experiences.
Dependable & Qualified: A valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and a clean background check are must-haves.
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in the disability field
Calm & Positive Under Pressure: You stay grounded even in challenging moments.
