    We are a growing Immigration Law firm based in Richmond, Virginia, seeking an experienced part-time Director of Marketing. In this role, you will develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, attract new clients, and enhance our firm’s reputation. We are looking for a skilled content creator and video editor who can: • Manage Social Media: Oversee our social media pages with intentional sales funnels that drive engagement and conversions. • Develop Employment-Based Practice: Utilize LinkedIn and other platforms to expand our Employment-Based law practice. • Plan Community Outreach: Organize and execute community engagement initiatives to raise awareness of our services. • Data-Driven Marketing: Connect and direct all marketing functions using key performance indicators (KPIs) and data analysis. As a key member of our leadership team, you will have the autonomy to shape our marketing initiatives from the ground up, making a significant impact on the future of our firm. Responsibilities: Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the firm's growth goals and mission. This includes multiple monthly sales funnels.Content Creation: Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to create compelling content, including blog posts, newsletters, case studies, and video content on LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy that integrates with an overall marketing plan, ensuring a professional and polished presence across platforms.Business Development: Drive initiatives to expand our Employment-Based law practice, leveraging various marketing channels to attract new clients.Collaboration: Work closely with vendors managing our website, website blogs, Sales Team/CRMs, Google Analytics, ensuring all marketing efforts are aligned and effectively executed.Leadership: Serve as a key member of our leadership team, providing strategic direction and being the glue that holds our marketing initiatives together.Digital Marketing: Oversee all digital marketing efforts with multiple other vendors, including SEO, content marketing, email campaigns, social media, and paid advertising.Client Acquisition: Develop and implement campaigns aimed at generating leads and attracting new clients, with a focus on digital channels and community outreach.Analytics and Reporting: Track the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed based on data insights. Provide regular reports to leadership on KPIs.Event Planning and Community Engagement: Organize and promote webinars, workshops, and community outreach initiatives to build relationships and drive referrals.Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximum ROI. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. • Between 3 and 6 years of experience in marketing, with 1 to 2 years in a leadership role. Experience in legal marketing or professional services is preferred. • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive business growth. • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing. • Excellent communication and content creation skills. • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed marketing decisions. • Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced, small-team environment. • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus. Compensation: $20 - $30 hourly
