Specific Job Title: Director of Public School Partnerships and Student Engagement
Reports to: Dean, The School of Education
Campus: Queens/Hybrid/Remote
Job Summary:
The Director will be a Mission and Vision driven leader who is attuned to challenges and opportunities in the field of education. The Director will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and growing high quality partnerships that support public schools while building enrollments for the School of Education. This position will focus on public schools, but the director should be adept at fostering similar partnerships with independent nonsectarian schools as opportunities arise.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is to travel to school sites either by using personal mode of transportation or public transportation.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
The position is part time and usually 20 hours per week, some evenings or weekends may be required

Travel is primarily local and may include visits to the other NY campuses; some travel is out-of area and overnight travel may be required.

Other Duties:
In compliance with NYC’s Pay Transparency Act, the hourly salary for this position is $46.00 to $52.00 per hour. This position may be relocated to any of St. John’s University’s physical locations at any time.
