    Part-Time Executive Assistant - Grow Into Head of Operations! Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional looking for a part-time opportunity that can grow into something bigger? We are a fast-growing real estate acquisitions company specializing in wholesale, fix & flips, novations, and new construction & development in the Texas DFW area. Our mission is to create affordable and luxury housing, and we’re looking for a motivated Executive Assistant who wants to play a key role in our success. You’ll start by helping us stay organized and efficient, and as you prove yourself, you’ll take on bigger responsibilities, lead internal teams, and shape the future of our operations. Compensation & Career Growth Starting Pay: $8 - $10 per hour (Part-Time, Flexible Hours) Performance Bonuses: Earn between $300 - $1,500 per month, including: • 10% of savings identified through audits each quarter • 3% of monthly net profits Path to Head of Operations: This role is designed to grow! As you master your responsibilities, you’ll take on bigger leadership tasks , helping to manage the business and team. If you prove yourself, you could transition into Head of Operations , where you’ll oversee business systems, workflow optimization, and high-level decision-making. Ongoing Learning & Certification Support: • Administrative Professional Certification (CAP) • Google Workspace & Microsoft Office Specialist Training • Bookkeeping & Digital Marketing Certifications • Project Management Training (CAPM or PMP) Responsibilities: What You’ll Be Doing (Your Day-to-Day Tasks) • Organizing company systems, tracking KPIs daily , and maintaining documentation • Creating and improving SOPs, processes, and procedures • Assisting with hiring and onboarding new team members • Managing transaction coordination (contracts, communication with title companies, sellers, buyers) • Overseeing direct mail marketing to expired listings and real estate agents • Organizing & tracking data for our inbound marketing • Tracking bookkeeping and audits to identify cost savings • Monitoring and paying utilities for properties • Managing weekly/monthly financial reporting • Organizing team meetings and company events • Assisting with community engagement for the Skool Community being built Qualifications: Who we're looking for! • You love bringing order to chaos.
