- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain organized workflows and support administrative operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong Proficiency with Apple Mac computers and Microsoft Excel (Required)
- Proven experience in business office environments.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accountability.
- Friendly, personable, and customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
- History of long job tenures and a desire for a stable, long-term position.
- Located within the area between Pompano Beach and West Palm Beach.
