Vita Dental in Fishers is looking for a dedicated, reliable, and skilled Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) to join our growing dental practice. This is a part-time position offering 3 work days and a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures

Take digital X-rays

Take impressions & pour models

Perform expanded duties such as placing composite resins

Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean and organized clinical environment

Maintain patient records and clinical chart notes

Provide excellent patient care and ensure a positive, comfortable experience for all patients

Assist with ordering dental supplies & monitoring patient lab cases

Requirements:

Dental Experience 2+ Yrs (REQUIRED)

Expanded Functions Dental Assistant certification (REQUIRED)

Active Radiology (REQUIRED)

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work well in a team and independently

CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
