Role Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic Part-Time Floater Teacher to join our dynamic team! This role offers variety, collaboration, and the opportunity to support learners across different age groups. As a floater teacher, you will assist in maintaining the classroom routine, ensuring curriculum implementation, and providing a consistent, caring environment for children.

Responsibilities:

Curriculum Support: Assist lead teachers in delivering age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that align with our educational standards.

Classroom Routine: Help maintain the flow of daily routines, including transitions, mealtimes, and naptimes, ensuring structure and consistency.

Supervision: Monitor children’s safety and well-being during classroom activities, outdoor play, and other daily interactions.

Team Collaboration: Provide coverage and support across different classrooms, working closely with teachers to meet learners' needs.

Family Engagement: Build positive relationships with children and families, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment.

Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain a clean and organized classroom, adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

Experience in childcare, teaching, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Passion for working with children aged 6 weeks to 5 years.

Strong organizational skills to help maintain classroom flow and curriculum standards.

Flexibility and adaptability to move between classrooms and support different age groups.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Ability to pass a background check and meet licensing requirements.
