    We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper to join our team on a mostly remote basis. This is a part-time position requiring 15-20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling and occasional in-person meetings.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage all aspects of day-to-day bookkeeping, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.

    • Prepare accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.

    • Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax and labor laws.

    • Oversee month-end and year-end close processes.

    • Assist with tax preparation and liaise with external accountants as needed.

    • Maintain accurate and organized financial records.

    • Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial processes and efficiencies.

    Requirements:

    • Proven minimum three years of experience as a full-charge bookkeeper.

    • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.

    • Strong understanding of GAAP and small business accounting practices.

    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

    • Availability for occasional in-person meetings.
