    Part-Time Guest Support Specialist

    Starting pay is $13- $15 hourly, 20 hours per week

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a Guest Support Specialist who is passionate about customer service and skilled at managing guest inquiries with precision and efficiency. As a member of our Guest Support team, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our guests, answering questions, directing calls, and ensuring that every guest experience is as seamless and enjoyable as possible.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, and chat, supporting multiple Activate locations.

    Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure guests are informed and reach their desired location.

    Organize, update, and manage detailed information on each location to ensure consistent and accurate responses.

    Utilize Google Drive for document management and maintain information consistency across the team.

    Support ticket management through Zendesk or a similar system to ensure prompt and accurate resolution of guest inquiries

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    Strong organizational skills and a high attention to detail.

    Ability to adapt to unforeseen situations in a calm and efficient manner

    Efficient and solution-oriented, with a strong commitment to providing excellent guest experiences.

    Proficiency with Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, etc.); familiarity with Zendesk or other support ticketing systems is a plus.

    Passion for customer service and a positive, team-focused attitude
