As a member of our team, you will play a key role in guiding potential clients through the initial steps of our estate planning, probate, and elder law services. Working during evenings and weekends, you’ll connect with prospective clients over the phone or via email, educating them on our services and scheduling consultations with our legal experts. We are looking for a High Ticket Sales Closer who is based in the Eastern Standard Time Zone and who can close highly qualified, pre-set sales meetings on Zoom from 8 am-5 pm EST, Saturday and Sunday, and two evenings per week from 6 pm - 9 pm from the comfort of your home office DO NOT APPLY IF: If you do not have high-ticket sales closing experience (selling products for at least $3,000 or more), please do not apply as your application will not be accepted. If you do not have any experience overcoming the most common B2C sales objections (e.g. I need to think about it, I need to talk to my wife, Do we need to do this now), then do not apply. If you can not commit to being at your home office on Zoom from 8 am-5 pm EST Saturday and Sunday and two nights per week from 6 pm - 9 pm, then do not apply. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Engage with potential clients through warm leads generated by our marketing team • Understand our brand and convey the value of our services in a compassionate and professional manner • Schedule consultations with our legal team, ensuring clients feel supported and valued • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM system • Collaborate with our team to provide feedback and insights on client trends and concerns • Contact clients at 10, 30, and 270 days after their case closed to keep the relationship fresh • Track and maintain metrics for the Owner re: conversions of leads to PNC and PNC to Client, referral sources, cost of acquisition, and other key performance indicators • Document the sales process with policies and procedures etc. from the time the PNC contacts the firm to request assistance up to the time you have completed the second customer service call • CRM Experience - Lawmatics, Salesforce, Keap, Mycase, or CLIO Qualifications: Job Qualifications: • 3+ years of B2C experience, preferably in high-pressure sales (e.g., timeshares, car sales where you need to overcome objections / "no") • Comfortable with assertive sales tactics and objection handling • Ability to memorize/deliver scripts naturally (acting experience a plus) • Strong extemporaneous speaking skills • Confident and professional demeanor • Located in Easternis a boutique law firm handling estate planning matters and is looking for the right inside salesperson to join our growing team.
