Responsibilities: • Receive payments and settle patron checks and tabs, as well as correctly record daily sales totals in point of sale system • Verify customers' identification age to ensure they are of legal age and provide alcoholic drinks in compliance with federal, state, municipal, and corporate rules and regulations • Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including wine, beer, liquor, mixed drinks, and more • Responsible for inventory, ordering and stocking of all wine, liquor, and beer. Maintains an inventory of glassware and promptly communicates any shortages to management. • Perform all restocking and cleaning activities as directed, including opening and closing duties Qualifications: • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED) • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers • Outstanding time management and organizational skills • Must have a strong focus on putting the patron first with exceptional customer service experience • We prefer some experience working in the food service industry
