We are seeking a part-time IHS and Making caregiver to assist with two key areas The ideal candidate will be proactive, a quick learner, and committed to delivering high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

IHS (Individualized Home Support (6 hours per week):

Assist with IHS-related duties, ensuring compliance with standards and procedures.

Provide exceptional care and attention to clients' needs.

Maintain accurate documentation as required by IHS guidelines.

Home Making (6 hours per week):

Assist in daily task to alignment with company standards.

Follow detailed instructions and maintain quality control throughout the making process.

Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure deadlines and targets are met.

Training:

Comprehensive training will be provided for both IHS and Making duties, so prior experience is not required, though a willingness to learn is essential.

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.

Schedule:

This position is for 12 hours per week, split between 6 hours of IHS work and 6 hours of making work. Scheduling is flexible but will require consistency.
