Home Health Caregiver- Part-time - $12.00-$18.00/HR Wage Based on Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications:

Hold a valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record

Have a smartphone and email account needed

Understand the importance of client confidentiality

Applicants must be willing to complete all necessary requirements for employment

Must be able to provide references to support qualifications

Must have experience working with hospice patients

Responsibilities:

Providing caring and dependable companionship

Light housekeeping

Preparing meals and snacks

Assisting with personal hygiene (like bathing and toileting)

Transportation to and from your client’s appointments and activities

Carrying out a plan of care that best supports your client

Creating compassionate and supportive solutions to your client’s needs by collaborating with your team and your client’s family

Ability to commute/relocate:
