Job Position Description:

This part-time position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our customer facilities by providing basic janitorial and custodial cleaning services that meet or exceed our customers' expectations. Duties include, but not limited to:

Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using ServiceMaster products, supplies, and procedures

Sweeping / vacuuming, mopping, polishing, trash removal, restroom cleaning, break room cleaning, window cleaning, dusting

Notify Supervisor when inventory of supplies and consumables need to be replenished

Open and lock facilities, enable and disable security system as required, secure building when leaving

1. 80205 zip code (just north of downtown Denver): Monday, Wednesday, Friday @ 2 hrs & 15 minutes per service, $18.29/hour

2. 80207 zip code (near Quebec and I-70): Every Friday @ 1.5 hours per service (must be done before 3pm), $18.50/hour

3. 80022 zip code (near Vasquez and I-270): Monday through Friday @ 2.5 hours per service, after 5pm, $17.50/hour

4. 80022 zip code (near Hwy 76 and 74th): One time per week at 4 hours per service, $19.00/hour

5. 80454 zip code (near C-470 and Hwy 285): One time per week Saturday mornings 7am - 9:15am @ $20.00/hour

6. 80113 zip code (near Swedish Medical Center): Mondays and Thursdays @ 3 hours per service, plus additional 2 hours pers service every other Thursday; Start cleaning around 10:30am, $18.00/hour; when done with this account go to account in #7 (4 minutes from each other)

7. 80210 zip code (near Evans and Logan): Mondays and Thursdays @ 3 hours per service, start around 1pm-2pm when done with account in #6 above, $18.29/hour
