In addition to unloading dirty dishes brought in by bussers, you will be scraping, sorting, and loading dishes into the dishwashing machine. Responsibilities: • Participate in regular employee meetings to ensure all procedures and safety rules are followed • Maintain proper amounts of detergents and other cleaning supplies, and notify the supervisor of any mechanical defects with the dishwashing machine • Place utensils and dishes in proper storage areas after unloading the dishwasher • Scrape plates, sort dishes, and rinse glassware before putting them in the dishwasher to be cleaned • Sweep and scrub kitchen floors to maintain a clean and tidy working environment Qualifications: • Must be a hard worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic • Prior food service industry experience is highly desired • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification • In good physical condition with excellent health Compensation: $14.42 - $15 hourly
