Superior Medical Clinic is a local outpatient clinic located in the Temple Terrace area, serving patients for the last 16 years. We are diversifying our services and are now offering, orthopedic services with joint injections, alternative medicine with Hormone replacement therapy, hair loss therapy, regenerative medicine, and ketamine treatment among other things. We are seeking a candidate who is comfortable doing PRP joint injections, PRP hair loss treatment as well as having a vast experience with HRT therapy .

We therefore have an Immediate opening for a MD OR Nurse Practitioner to evaluate and treat patients. Being credentialed with Medicare, Medicaid, and major insurance carriers is an advantage.

We accept Medicare, United, Tricare, VA and a host of other insurance plans.

Job duties include:

1. Functions independently to perform age-appropriate history and physical for complex acute, critical, and chronically ill perioperative patients.

2. Orders and interprets diagnostic and therapeutic tests relative to the patient’s age-specific needs.

3. Prescribe appropriate pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatment modalities

4. Implements interventions to support the patient to regain or maintain physiologic stability, including but not limited to serving in the first assisting role.

5. Assists with the provision of interventional care in accordance with facility, state, and federal regulations.

6. Monitor the effectiveness of interventions.

7. Facilitates the patient’s transition within and between health care settings, e.g. admitting, transferring, and discharging patients.

8. Collaborates with multidisciplinary team members by making appropriate referrals.

9. Facilitates staff, patient, and family decision-making by providing educational tools.

10. Ability to perform TP, SI , Knee Injections, and in-office minor invasive procedures.

11. Ability to Perform PRP, Stem cell injection, and a good understanding of hormone replacement therapy.

12. Ability to provide holistic care and continuous follow-up with patients to improve quality of life
