You'll be responsible for ensuring our property stays in top condition by addressing repairs, troubleshooting issues, and taking initiative to keep everything looking and working at its best. Responsibilities: • Record when any equipment was serviced and repairs were made • Check the building for any damage to doors, windows, walls, and make any repairs as needed • Ensure all equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring are in working order by conducting routine maintenance and handle any repairs, if needed • Manage other maintenance requests as required • Plan and implement preventative maintenance procedures to maximize equipment operations and minimize safety risks Qualifications: • High school diploma/GED or equivalent • Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems • At least 2 years of maintenance experience • Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends • Stellar communication skills, attention to detail, and work ethic Compensation: $12 - $16 hourly
