    Position Overview: We are looking for a part-time Marketing and Events Coordinator to help promote our brand, manage marketing campaigns, and organize engaging events that connect with pet owners. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual with a passion for pets and experience in marketing and event planning.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Marketing Campaigns:

    Develop and execute digital and social media marketing strategies to promote products, services, and special offers.

    Create content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.), email newsletters, and the company website.

    Monitor and track the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

    Event Planning & Coordination:

    Plan, organize, and execute pet-related events, such as adoption drives, pet parties, and promotional activities.

    Coordinate logistics for events including venue selection, vendors, and on-site coordination.

    Collaborate with local veterinarians, groomers, trainers, pet stores, rescue organizations, and pet influencers to maximize event attendance and brand awareness.

    Customer Engagement:

    Develop strategies for engaging with current and potential customers through online communities and in-person events.

    Respond to customer inquiries regarding upcoming events and marketing promotions.

    Reporting & Analytics:

    Track and report on the success of marketing initiatives and events, including customer feedback, social media engagement, and event attendance.

    Analyze data to refine marketing strategies and ensure ongoing improvements.

    Qualifications:

    1-3 years of experience in marketing, event planning, or a related field.

    Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    Proficiency with social media platforms, content management tools, and email marketing systems.

    Familiarity with basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

    Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

    Passion for pets and understanding of the pet care industry is preferred.

    Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.

    Schedule:

    Part-time, flexible hours (approximately 15-25 hours/week).

    Occasional evenings or weekends for event coordination.

    Compensation:

    $15-$18/hour

    Potential bonus based on attendance and revenue produced from events.
