Part-Time positions available with Aussie Pet Mobile of South Sarasota, Venice, and Punta Gorda. We are only hiring pet groomers with at least one year of grooming experience at this time.

Will work one-three days a week, 10-12-hour days

Mobile Pet Groomer Duties and Responsibilities

• Drive safely to clients' homes and perform grooming services for various breeds in a 2024 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Van

• Ensure the safety and comfort of pets during the grooming process

• Maintain a clean and organized grooming area

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring their satisfaction

• Follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies

• Keep pace in physically demanding job; lift pets into and out of van if necessary; get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day

• Communicate effectively with support team

• Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, customer management system, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members

Mobile Pet Groomer Basic Requirements:

Minimum of one year of experience as a pet groomer

Knowledge of different breed standards and grooming techniques

Ability to handle pets of all sizes and temperaments

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver’s license

Authorized to work in the United States

Must pass a background check and motor vehicle report

Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana)

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required

Must have reliable transportation to and from work

Must be willing to work holidays (except Christmas, New Year's Day, 4th of July, and Thanksgiving).

Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills
