Job Description

Ensemble Schools is seeking a fun and professional part-time staff member to help administer North Fulton School of Music, our location in Atlanta, GA. This staff member will serve as a point of contact for our students, families, and teachers to ensure the smooth functioning of our day-to-day operations.

The hours for this position are part-time Monday through Saturday, with afternoon, and evening, availability. Preference will be given to those who are available on Saturdays from 10:00am-3:00pm.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Greeting students arriving for lessons and ensuring that teachers stay on schedule
• Operates professionally and with a standard of excellence
• Customer Service & hospitality oriented
• Organized
• Passionate about music/the arts
• Event Planning
• Has a general/overall knowledge of music instruments
• Seasoned in administrative work including scheduling and making phone calls
• General admin tasks as needed

The successful candidate will be an organized, motivated self-starter with a strong customer service mindset. A demonstrated interest in music and music education would be an asset.

Pay will be commensurate with experience. A 401(k) with company matching is available to all of our employees after 3 months on the job, and employees who average 30 hours per week will be eligible for health insurance options.
