Right at Home of Essex County is seeking an RN/BSN to add to our home care team as Part-Time Administrative Nurse. The Part-Time Administrative Nurse is responsive for onboarding and supervising all caregivers and ensuring that caregiver files remain in compliance as per CAHC & state guidelines.

The ideal candidate would have home care experience and/or experience working with the geriatric population. The ideal candidate would also be comfortable in a management and supervisory role as you will oversee our team of Certified Home Health Aides.

This is a part-time hourly position with a request of 10-15 hours per week. The ideal candidate would be available Monday through Friday with occasional evenings, weekends and holidays as requested. Candidate would work from the Right at Home of Essex County office with occasional visits to client homes.

Compensation for the Per Diem Nursing Supervisor (RN) $50-$65 per hour based on experience

Requirements of Nursing Supervisor (RN)

Valid nursing license

Experience in home care or clinical setting working with the elderly

Excellent phone skills

Must live near Essex County, New Jersey

Must drive

Responsibilities of Registered Nurse (RN)

New client assessments and ongoing observation

Supervision, training, and evaluation of field staff

Support ongoing education efforts for field staff

Routine audit of clinical and personnel files to ensure compliance

Responsible for monitoring and completing quarterly PQI program

Maintain ongoing relationships with clients and client family members
