· Proficient in administrative writing, typing and with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)

Overview of Responsibilities:
· Answer Phones
· Reconcile daily receipts, balance tills and prepare bank deposits
· Carries out administrative duties such as processing paperwork, data entry, filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.
· Inventory supplies, forms, order and keep stocked
· Assist with monthly statements
· Learn Point of Sale basics
· Create monthly employee newsletter
· Keep policies & procedures notebooks up to date
· Other duties as assigned
