    Our Marshfield, MO facility is looking for a Part Time Office Assistant. The Office Assistant will be responsible for the supporting the team with administrative operations, including entering orders, assisting with trucking, and other clerical tasks.

    Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

    · The Office Assistant will assist with everyday office operations and efficiency

    · Collaborate with management to provide administrative support, including clerical and administrative duties of the office

    · Assist with entering orders into the sales system.

    · Coordinate and assist with scheduling of trucking.

    · Organize and maintain various files, including employee files, vendor files, and customer files.

    · Assist with completion of production reports as needed.

    · Plan in-house or off-site activities as needed

    · Work hours can be flexible, but regular, consistent and punctual attendance is required.

    · Other duties may be assigned.

    Requirements and Qualifications

    · High School Diploma or equivalent required

    · Strong proficiency in Microsoft programs

    · Proven experience in an administrative or office support role

    · Experience in the manufacturing industry a plus

    · Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

    · Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

    · Attention to detail

    · Ability to multi task and meet deadlines
